人与自然和谐共生的数理政治经济学研究A Mathematical Political Economy Study of Harmonious Coexistence between Humans and Nature

摘要(Abstract):
中国式现代化是人与自然和谐共生的现代化。本文基于马克思主义政治经济学基本原理,在线性生产模型中引入污染减排,分别讨论生态环境治理的短期影响和长期影响。研究发现,在生态环境治理的短期影响中,环境治理会在增加污染减排成本的同时降低生产成本,利润率与绿色全劳动生产率的变化结果取决于上述两种成本变动效应的大小对比;在生态环境治理的长期影响中,企业以利润最大化原则选择的污染减排水平可以实现经济增长率最大化,但是却可能无法保证生态环境系统得到有效改善,因此需要根据不同的政策目标设定合理的污染减排水平,从而在实现污染减排的同时保证较高的均衡增长率,促进人与自然和谐共生。
