摘要(Abstract)：

畅通城乡经济循环是增强国内大循环内生动力和可靠性的客观要求。本文在分析当前我国城乡经济循环畅通面临的城乡要素双向流动不畅、产业融合程度不高和供需协调适配不足等现实堵点的基础上，结合城乡关系发展的政治经济学分析，构建了畅通城乡经济循环的理论分析框架；进一步依托分工发展理论，深入剖析分工发展畅通城乡经济循环的理论机理。本文提出畅通城乡经济循环需要满足三个维度目标：微观上，引导要素双向流动，构建城乡要素统一大市场；中观上，充分发挥地区比较优势，促进城乡产业加速融合；宏观上，推动“有效市场”和“有为政府”协同并行，形成良性供需适配体系。
